FAQs
Yes. We have a 1-hr minimum booking for all our vehicles. On average, it takes us 1.5 hours to complete a reservation that is less than 1 hour long. To maximize the value of your hard-earned dollar, we recommend that you plan to make full use of the hour if you can.
We require 100% upfront payment. 50% is non-refundable and the rest is refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 2 weeks from the scheduled date.
We have a non-refundable deposit policy because booking a vehicle for you, means turning down other clients. Deposits are stored as credits in your account and can be redeemed in future. Credits can be shared with friends and family.
If you are unsatisfied with your services, you may be entitled to a refund. Please contact our office immediately so we can fix the problem.
We accept all major credit cards and Interac e-transfer. For Corporate Accounts, we allow payment with cheques and up to 30-day invoicing.
